Most of us reason that cavities only happens to children, unfortunately, this is not true. They develop in adult too.   • Eat the right foods

Vegetables and fruits are recommended for improved oral health. This is because they increase the production of saliva and reduces the risk of you suffering from cavities.

Avoid foods that often get stuck in your teeth ridges such as chips, chocolate, cookies, and candies

  • Reduce your intake of beverages

Beverages such as coffee and soda do contribute to cavities. Fruit juices and energy drinks also have very high levels of sugar. Alcoholic drinks are not healthy for your teeth. If possible, it is best to drink water or tea which will not endanger your oral health.

  • Drink fluoride water and use a fluoride toothpaste
